Innovative Air Fryer

The Cooky air fryer is an innovative take on a very trendy product. We developed a new architecture that enabled us to improve both the cooking process/quality and the user experience. This project was very challenging because of how complex of a product this was. We had to experiment with air flow simulations as well follow a proper material selection process to create a safe product for the high temperatures of use. The Cooky fryer consists of over 100 components that needed to all assemble perfectly together. Overall this was a great project for learning detailed and mechanical design of products.
